## How it works

Agent watches the DMS feed for new CPO intake events and checks the CRM's saved-search table for a match.

On a match, sends a WhatsApp/email alert with photos, the inspection report and a reserve-with-deposit link.

If unanswered after 24 hours, places a follow-up call — timed before the unit lists publicly, giving the matched shopper first access.

If reserved, writes the reservation to the DMS and hands off to sales; otherwise the saved search stays active.
