## How it works

The dealership's phone system — Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral, Genesys or a carrier-direct SIP trunk — detects the missed/busy/voicemail call and fires a webhook with the caller's number and timestamp.

Agent receives the webhook and calls back within 5 minutes .

Identifies the caller (plate, phone, name) and checks DMS / CSV for an existing customer.

Offers the earliest available service slot from the DMS calendar.

Confirms the booking and writes it back to the DMS , then sends a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation.
