## How it works

A scheduled job pulls tomorrow's appointments from the DMS and places a confirmation call/SMS the day before via the connected telephony platform.

If confirmed, the status is written to the DMS and no further action is needed.

If the customer wants to cancel, checks the DMS for the next available slot and offers to rebook on the spot.

If unconfirmed and unreached by the morning of, flags the slot at-risk to the service advisor and checks the waitlist for a same-day backfill.

Repeat no-show patterns are logged to the CRM , since some dealerships apply a different confirmation policy for repeat no-shows.
