Agent monitors service estimates and flags any RO where repair cost exceeds a set share of the vehicle's trade-in value.

Checks the RO for the service advisor's consent flag first — this never contacts the customer without it.

If cleared, offers a free trade-in appraisal and a like-for-like replacement quote before repair is authorized.

Routes the lead to a salesperson via the CRM , attaching the full service and ownership history.

The outcome — appraisal booked, repair proceeded, no response — is written back to the RO and CRM .
