## How it works

A cancellation frees a room or table on a waitlisted date.

Agent offers it to the waitlist in order , one at a time, with a hold.

First to accept gets it booked in-thread ; the hold then releases.

Moves down the list automatically if the hold expires unanswered .

Stops the moment the slot is taken , so nobody is double-booked.

Fill rate and average time-to-fill are logged to the CRM for operational reporting.
