## How it works

The booking system fires an abandonment event when a session reaches payment but doesn't complete within 30 minutes.

Agent re-checks live availability via the booking system's API to confirm the trip/date is still open before messaging.

Sends a reminder with the exact trip/dates held and a direct resume link.

If not completed within 4 hours, a second message addresses likely objections — deposit amount, date flexibility .

For high-value bookings, places an outbound call — via Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral or a carrier SIP trunk — instead of a third message.

If recovered, writes the booking directly to the operator system .

Logs the outcome to the CRM for funnel reporting.
