A scheduled job checks each booking's final payment due date against the payment schedule.

Sends reminders at 30/14/7/1-day intervals with a direct payment link.

Escalates to a call if payment is overdue close to the cancellation-without-refund threshold .

Writes the paid-in-full status back to the booking system on receipt and sends an updated confirmation.
