Mihu AI for Zoho CRM

Installation

Find Mihu AI on Zoho Marketplace
Go to marketplace.zoho.com, search for "Mihu AI", and click Install.

Accept permissions
Review the data access permissions and click Accept to proceed with installation.

Open Extension Settings
In Zoho CRM, go to Settings → Marketplace → Installed → Mihu AI. You'll see the Extension Settings panel.

Enter your API credentials
Open Mihu AI settings and enter your API token, select your call and WhatsApp agents, and configure calling rules. See Configuration section below.

Configuration

Getting Your Mihu API Token

Log in to Mihu AI
Go to app.mihu.ai and sign in to your workspace.

Open Developer section
Click your profile icon (top right) → DeveloperAPI Tokens.

Generate a new token
Click Create New Token, give it a name (e.g. "Zoho CRM"), and copy the token immediately — it won't be shown again.
⚠️ Keep your API token secure. Do not share it publicly. If compromised, revoke it from your Mihu AI Developer section and generate a new one.

Features & usage

Button
Call with AI
Appears on Lead and Contact list and detail views. Click to trigger an immediate AI outbound call to that contact.

Send WhatsApp
Appears on Lead and Contact views. Sends your configured WhatsApp template to the contact's phone number.

Send to Listing
Adds the Lead to your Mihu AI calling campaign. The AI will automatically call them according to your rules.

Remove from Listing
Removes the Lead from the active calling campaign and cancels any pending call tasks.

Approve Appointment
Available in Meetings. Approves the corresponding Mihu AI appointment when a meeting is confirmed.

Available in Meetings. Rejects the corresponding Mihu AI appointment.

Leads and Contacts are automatically created, updated, and deleted in Mihu AI when changed in Zoho CRM.

💡 Buttons appear in both the List View (each record row) and the Detail View (individual record page). Phone numbers must be in international format (e.g. +905551234567) for calls and WhatsApp to work correctly.

The extension includes pre-built Zoho workflow rules that trigger automatically:

You can enable or disable individual workflows in Zoho CRM → Settings → Automation → Workflow Rules.

Evaluation notes (webhooks)

After every AI call or WhatsApp conversation, Mihu AI sends evaluation results back to Zoho CRM as notes on the Lead or Contact record.

Voice Evaluation Webhook

Receives call summaries after AI voice calls complete. Includes sentiment, intent, success score, and call duration. Written as a note titled "Mihu AI - Voice Evaluation".

Text Evaluation Webhook

Receives conversation summaries after WhatsApp sessions. Includes sentiment, intent, success score, and session duration. Written as a note titled "Mihu AI - Text Evaluation".

💡 To configure webhooks in your Mihu AI workspace, go to Developer → Webhooks and add the webhook URLs provided during extension setup. The extension automatically matches incoming webhook data to the correct Lead or Contact by phone number.

FAQ

Buttons Are Not Visible on Lead/Contact Pages

Make sure the extension is installed and active (Settings → Marketplace → Installed → Mihu AI → Status: Active). If buttons are still missing, try logging out and back into Zoho CRM.

Call Not Connecting After Clicking "Call with AI"

Check that the Lead or Contact has a phone number in international format (e.g. +905551234567). Also verify that your Call Agent ID is correctly configured in Extension Settings.

WhatsApp Message Not Sending

Ensure the phone number is in international format. Check that your WhatsApp Agent ID and Template ID are correctly set. The template must be approved by WhatsApp and must match the parameters being sent.

Evaluation Notes Not Appearing in CRM

Verify that the webhook URLs are configured correctly in your Mihu AI workspace under Developer → Webhooks. The phone number in Mihu AI must match the phone number stored in Zoho CRM.

How Do I Get My Agent UUID?

In Mihu AI, go to Agents, open the agent you want to use, and copy the UUID from the URL or from the agent details page.

Can I Use Multiple Call Agents for Different Workflows?

The extension currently supports one call agent and one WhatsApp agent at a time. You can change these in Extension Settings at any time.
