How does training work?

Import FAQs, price lists, process docs, T&Cs, and web pages. Chat AI auto-chunks, deduplicates, and versions your knowledge. For data-heavy feeds (stock, offers, service catalogs), we ingest via USF/UPF APIs instead of raw PDFs for speed and accuracy.

Can Chat AI manage quotes and offers?

Yes. The agent can generate offer/quote drafts, capture customer details, attach available incentives, and route to a manager for approval. Once approved, the customer gets a secure link to review/accept or book a follow-up.

How does live handoff work?
