How it works

  1. Sends the specific document checklist based on loan type and borrower profile, pulled from the LOS's checklist rules.
  2. Tracks receipt and sends targeted reminders only for outstanding items.
  3. Checks documents for basic completeness (right date range, legible, all pages) before marking ready for underwriting, written to the LOS document module.
  4. Notifies the loan officer once the file is complete and ready for underwriting submission.
