From Answering to Working Towards a Goal
Web Chat is not new. What it can do now is.
Web Chat has been answering your visitors for a while. But most website chats, ours included until now, wait. A visitor opens them, asks something, gets an answer, and leaves. That is fine, but it is not why you have a website. You want the visitor to buy, to book, to leave their details, to come back. A chat that only answers leaves all of that to chance.
So we made it smarter. Your website agent is still the same agent that answers your calls and WhatsApp, but now it has a job to do there. You tell it what to achieve and how far it may go. It learns from the people it talks to. And it knows who they are, because it uses the same contacts as the rest of your business.
Give It a Goal
Tell it what success looks like on your site.
Every widget starts with a short brief. The most important question in it is simple: what should the agent achieve here? Pick one goal or several:
Sell products
Recommend, compare and close, with cart and checkout right inside the chat.
Capture leads
Qualify visitors and hand their details to your team or your CRM.
Book appointments
Test drives, consultations, service visits, with confirmation and reminders.
Recover carts and visitors
Bring back abandoned carts and hesitant visitors with a timely offer.
Answer and support
Orders, returns and policies from your knowledge, and a ticket when needed.
Collect feedback
Ask for ratings and reviews after a purchase or a visit.
Not sure what fits? Press Read the site & suggest goals. The platform reads your website and suggests goals for your business, in your language, with what each one would need. You can also write your own: focus on the EV range this quarter; never discount service packages.
Then the agent tells you what it needs to reach those goals: your products, a coupon, where leads should go, which pages it may send people to, your team's hours. You grant what you are comfortable with. Nothing is granted by default.
Let It Make Offers, Within a Buffer You Set
It can close a hesitant visitor, but never with more than you allow.
A good salesperson knows when a small discount will close the deal. So can your agent, as long as you set the limits. Give it a coupon code and a maximum discount, and choose who decides: the agent, when it sees a visitor hesitate, or only the visitor, if they ask. That maximum is the agent's buffer. It can use less. It can never use more.
The agent asks for what it needs. You decide how much room it gets.
How eager it is overall is one choice:
On top of the chat itself, it has other ways to reach a visitor: slide-in offers, push notifications in the corner of your page, and campaigns shown in the format that fits the moment.
It Learns From Your Visitors
Every conversation makes the next one better.
The agent knows which page a visitor is on when they write, so an offer on the pricing page is not the same as a question on the support page. You can go further and personalize by visitor context: whether they have been here before, what is in their cart, what they looked at, whether they are about to leave. The same widget behaves differently for a first-time visitor and a returning customer.
And it keeps learning after the chat ends. Every website conversation is evaluated like a call or a WhatsApp chat. When the agent could not answer something, or could not do something, Auto-Improvement notices it across conversations and asks you for exactly what was missing. You answer once, or let it improve itself. Because it is one agent, what it learns on your website helps on every other channel too.
It Knows Who It Is Talking To
One contact list for your whole business, website included.
A website chat that forgets everyone is a cold start every time. Web Chat uses your unified contacts, the same contacts your calls, WhatsApp and email use. When a visitor fills in a form, they are matched by e-mail or phone. When your site already knows who is signed in, it can pass that customer securely to the widget, signed by your server, so the chat opens on their contact.
From that moment the agent is not talking to an anonymous visitor. It sees their name, their appointments, their earlier calls and messages. It can suggest what fits them instead of what fits everyone, and pick up a conversation that started on WhatsApp last week. And every website chat lands on that contact's history, next to everything else they have said to you.
We are careful about one thing: a visitor who simply types someone else's e-mail is never matched to that person. Only a form they fill in themselves, or a signature from your own server, links a chat to a contact.
Build the First Screen by Drag and Drop
What the visitor sees before the first message is yours to design.
The first screen of the widget is built from blocks. Open the layout builder, drag blocks from the left into the panel, drag them up and down to reorder, and click one to edit it. No code.
Blocks on the left, the live panel in the middle, the selected block on the right.
Every block can point somewhere: start the chat, open a link, open WhatsApp, show a form, book an appointment or apply a discount. Every language you enable gets its own texts. And the rest of the widget is yours too: the launcher, the teaser, colours, fonts, corners, and whether it opens on click, on page load, on scroll or when a visitor is about to leave.
See It on Your Site, Publish With One Tag
Design it on your real pages. Go live when you are happy.
The designer shows your own website with the widget on top, so you see it where your visitors will. When it is ready, you paste one script tag on your site, once. Every change after that is made in the designer and goes live when you publish. Every published version is kept, and you can go back to an earlier one in one click.
Your Team Is One Click Away
The agent does the work. Your team steps in when it matters.
Web chat is a channel in queue routing, like WhatsApp and calls. Website conversations arrive in Mihu Loop next to everything else. A team member can take over, reply and hand back, and the visitor sees one conversation. The advisors block shows who is really online right now, not everyone who forgot to log out.
Try this: give your agent one goal, Book appointments, put the widget on one page, and add an appointment picker to the first screen. Read the first twenty conversations. Then add the next goal.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the website agent a separate agent?
No. Every widget runs on one of your existing AI agents, with the same knowledge, intents, guidelines and routing it uses on WhatsApp and calls. Improve the agent once and every channel gets better.
What goals can I give it?
Sell products, capture leads, book appointments, answer and support, recover carts and hesitant visitors, collect feedback, and route to your team. The platform can also read your website and suggest goals for your business, and you can write your own.
How much discount can it give?
Only what you allow. You give it a coupon code and a maximum, and choose whether the agent decides when to offer it or only offers it when the visitor asks. In Strict mode it never offers a discount.
How does it recognise my customers?
From your unified contacts, the same ones your calls, WhatsApp and email use. A visitor who fills in a form is matched by e-mail or phone, and a signed-in customer can be passed securely from your site, so the chat opens on their contact with their history.
Can I build the first screen myself?
Yes. The layout builder is drag and drop: greeting, quick options, contact form with your own fields, appointment picker, discount code, WhatsApp cards, links, a consent notice and who is online. Every block can start the chat, open a link or WhatsApp, show a form, book an appointment or apply a discount.
Can my team answer too?
Yes. Web chat is a channel in queue routing like any other. Conversations arrive in Mihu Loop, a team member can take over and hand back, and the visitor sees one conversation.
How do I put it on my site?
One script tag. Everything else loads from the version you published, so every later change is made in the designer and goes live when you publish.
