How it works

  1. Sends the retainer payment request with clear instructions once the engagement letter is signed.
  2. Confirms receipt and verifies proper deposit into the trust/IOLTA account via the trust accounting system's API.
  3. Notifies the assigned professional once funding is confirmed so work can begin.
  4. Never advises on the retainer amount itself — that's set by the professional/firm policy.
