How it works

  1. Missed call event captured with caller number and timestamp.
  2. AI outbound agent calls back within 5 minutes.
  3. Identifies caller (plate, phone, name) and checks DMS / CSV for an existing customer.
  4. Offers the earliest available service slot from the DMS calendar.
  5. Confirms the booking and writes it back to the DMS.
  6. Sends a WhatsApp / SMS confirmation with date, time and location.
