How it works

  1. The phone system — Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral, Genesys or a carrier-direct SIP trunk — detects a call that went unanswered, busy, or to voicemail and fires a missed-call webhook with the caller's number and timestamp.
  2. AI agent calls back within 5 minutes (or messages if no answer).
  3. Matches the caller to an existing patient record or captures new details.
  4. Offers the earliest suitable slot from the clinic calendar.
  5. Confirms and writes the appointment back to your practice system.
  6. Sends a WhatsApp / SMS confirmation with time, location and prep notes.
  7. Logs the outcome to the CRM for call-recovery reporting.
