How it works

  1. A cancellation frees a room or table on a waitlisted date.
  2. Agent offers it to the waitlist in order, one at a time, with a hold.
  3. First to accept gets it booked in-thread; the hold then releases.
  4. Moves down the list automatically if the hold expires unanswered.
  5. Stops the moment the slot is taken, so nobody is double-booked.
