How it works

  1. Sends a reminder 48h out and a confirm 2h out, via WhatsApp, SMS or voice — Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral or a carrier SIP trunk.
  2. If the patient can't attend, offers the next available slots to reschedule.
  3. On cancellation, offers the freed slot to the recall / waitlist.
  4. Updates the calendar and confirms the new booking.
  5. Logs the outcome to the CRM for no-show pattern tracking.
