How it works

  1. Detects an overdue balance from billing.
  2. Sends a courteous reminder with the amount and a secure pay link, via WhatsApp, SMS or voice — Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral or a carrier SIP trunk.
  3. Answers simple billing questions and offers a payment plan if enabled.
  4. Marks paid balances and escalates disputes to a human.
  5. Logs the outcome to the CRM for collections tracking.
