How it works

  1. Owner sends photos of the damage on WhatsApp, or calls it in via the connected telephony platform.
  2. Agent captures registration, damage area and insurer details.
  3. If insurance-covered, checks the claim status where the dealership has an integration, to confirm approval before scheduling.
  4. Routes the pack to the estimator and chases the estimate back.
  5. Offers the next available bodyshop slot and books it, including any courtesy-car coordination.
  6. Logs the outcome to the CRM for bodyshop conversion reporting.
