How it works

  1. Detects a shopper viewing a size chart or lingering on a product page, via the platform's session event API.
  2. Offers a fit conversation, asking measurements or referencing their fit with previously purchased items from order history.
  3. Grounds the recommendation in the actual size chart and past return/exchange data for that SKU.
  4. Completes the purchase in-chat if ready, writing the order directly via the platform's cart/checkout API.
