How it works

  1. Agent offers a payment plan for balances above a set threshold, calculated from the billing system.
  2. Sets up the recurring plan and confirms the schedule clearly, written to the billing system.
  3. Sends a reminder ahead of each scheduled payment, not just after it's missed.
  4. Escalates to the billing office after two missed plan payments.
