How it works

  1. Collects property details, existing lease information and owner preferences (reporting cadence, maintenance authorization limits), via voice (Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral, or a carrier-direct SIP trunk).
  2. Coordinates the initial property inspection/condition documentation.
  3. Sets up the property in the property management software with correct owner disbursement details, written via API.
  4. Confirms onboarding completion and sends a welcome guide.
