How it works

  1. Agent queries the insurance partner API for the relevant plan and cost, calculated against the trip's total value.
  2. Explains coverage basics — cancellation, medical, baggage — without giving personalized advice, and offers enrollment.
  3. If accepted, submits enrollment via the partner API and processes payment through the gateway.
  4. A clear decline is logged to the CRM to avoid re-pitching on the same booking.
  5. Policy documents are sent immediately upon purchase.
