Account & Data Deletion

Mihu AI lets you request deletion of your account and its associated data, or deletion of specific data while keeping your account active, at any time using the steps below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Mihu AI account and all associated data:

1. Send an email to support@mihu.ai from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
3. Include your account/business name and phone number used with the service, for verification.

Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data — including contact records, call/message/WhatsApp logs, and CRM data — within 7 business days.

Option 2: Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you'd rather keep using Mihu AI but want specific data removed:

1. Send an email to support@mihu.ai from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
3. Specify which data you want deleted (e.g., contact records, call logs, message/WhatsApp logs, or specific CRM entries), and include your account/business name and phone number used with the service, for verification.

Once verified, we will delete the specified data within 7 business days while keeping the rest of your account active.

Data We Delete and How Long We Retain It

The table below covers every category of data tied to your account or requestable for standalone deletion.

Verified deletion requests are completed within 7 business days. Data we are required to retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes is kept for up to 90 days after your request, after which it is permanently deleted.
