How it works

  1. Agent proactively suggests relevant excursions at each stop, matched to stated interests and free-time windows.
  2. Checks live availability via the excursion booking system and confirms directly, including pickup logistics.

  4. Excludes travelers who've already declined a similar offer at a prior stop, tracked via the CRM.
