How it works

  1. Offers autopay setup at natural moments (after a cured delinquency, at account opening, at a payment method expiry).
  2. Completes setup and confirms correct account/card details, written to the servicing system.
  3. Confirms the first scheduled autopay date and amount.
  4. Sends a reminder ahead of the first autopay run so it isn't a surprise.
