How it works

  1. Prepares and sends the conflict waiver documentation as directed by the assigned professional/ethics counsel, via the e-signature platform.
  2. Tracks execution by all required parties.
  3. Confirms via the PMS that the new engagement can only proceed once the waiver is properly executed.
  4. Never drafts the substance of the waiver or makes any conflicts judgment itself — purely a coordination and tracking function.
