How it works

  1. Flags orders with an address validation failure or high-risk pattern immediately after placement.
  2. Contacts the customer to confirm/correct the address before the order ships.
  3. Updates the order in the OMS once corrected, via API.
  4. Escalates orders already shipped with a known bad address to fulfillment ops for an intercept attempt.
