How it works

  1. Sends a reminder ahead of the next scheduled charge/shipment, checking the flexibility window via the subscription platform.
  2. Processes the date change directly within the allowed flexibility window, via API.
  3. Confirms the new date and updated charge timing.
  4. Tracks date-shift requests correlating with eventual cancellation as an early churn signal.
