How it works

  1. Agent collects flight details and cross-checks arrival time against the booked transfer/pickup time.
  2. Flags any mismatch — arrival too late for a scheduled activity, tight connection — for operations to adjust.
  3. Continues monitoring flight status as departure approaches; on delay, auto-writes the adjusted transfer time.
  4. Sends finalized transfer details 48 hours before departure.
