How it works

  1. Agent tracks core-deposit-eligible parts and warranty parts pending return in the parts system.
  2. A reminder is sent with clear instructions on how and where to return the part.
  3. Once returned and processed, the refund/credit is applied and confirmed via the parts system.
  4. Overdue returns past a set threshold are escalated to the parts manager.
