How it works

  1. Agent identifies claims held specifically for a COB update requirement.
  2. Confirms current primary/secondary insurance status with the patient.
  3. Submits the COB update through the payer's process on the patient's behalf where permitted, or guides them to do so.
  4. Tracks claim release once COB is resolved, confirmed in the billing system.
