How it works

  1. Agent books the appointment in the DMS as normal, additionally capturing the pickup address and window.
  2. Dispatches a driver via the valet dispatch system, confirming pickup time back to the customer.
  3. Tracks vehicle status — picked up, in service, ready, returned — across both systems, notifying at each stage.
  4. Confirms delivery/return via SMS with the driver's ETA.
