How it works

  1. Tracks each customer's progress toward their next loyalty tier threshold via the loyalty platform.
  2. Sends a nudge when they're close, showing exactly what's needed and what the next tier unlocks.
  3. Confirms the tier upgrade immediately once achieved, written to the loyalty platform.
  4. Excludes customers far from the next threshold, since the nudge wouldn't be motivating.
