How it works

  1. Agent is triggered only after a provider has reviewed and released results with an instruction in the EHR.
  2. Notifies the patient that results are available via the portal, or that the provider needs to discuss them — never disclosing content itself.
  3. Books any provider-ordered follow-up directly, written to the schedule.
  4. Results flagged urgent trigger an immediate call rather than a standard notification.
