How it works

  1. Detects an incomplete application after a set period, via the LOS status field, and identifies exactly what's missing.
  2. Sends a reminder with a direct link to resume, or offers to complete it over the phone.
  3. Answers process questions without providing rate or approval guarantees.
  4. Notifies the loan officer once the application is complete for underwriting, written to the LOS.
