How it works

  1. Agent tracks each group block's pickup rate against its cutoff date, read daily from the PMS.
  2. At 30/14/7 days out, sends the organiser a pickup status update generated from live data.
  3. Escalates blocks trending under target to a call with group sales, rather than another automated email.
  4. At cutoff, executes the release logic in the PMS — unpicked rooms return to general inventory.
  5. Logs the final outcome — picked up, released, extended — to the CRM for group-booking history.
