How it works

  1. Confirms the order is picked and staged at the selected store via the OMS/POS integration, notifying the customer only once it's actually ready.
  2. Sends pickup instructions specific to that location.
  3. Sends a reminder if the order remains unclaimed after a set period.
  4. Coordinates any unexpected unavailability with the store, offering an alternative or refund.
