How it works

  1. Agent asks the reason for visit and queries the PMS for providers whose scope and insurance panel match — not defaulting to next available.
  2. Offers the earliest appropriate slot across all matching providers, checked live.
  3. Writes the booking to the PMS and sends provider-specific pre-visit information.
  4. Flags requests outside standard scope for a warm referral, logged to the CRM.
