How it works

  1. At booking, agent checks the loaner fleet module for availability matching the appointment date/duration.
  2. If available, reserves the loaner directly in the DMS and confirms it to the customer.
  3. If not, offers the next available slot with a loaner or an alternative — shuttle, rideshare voucher — per policy.
  4. Tracks the loaner's return date against RO completion and sends a reminder if it's overdue.
