How it works

  1. Agent transcribes every voicemail and classifies the request/department via intent detection.
  2. A task is created in the CRM/task system with the transcription, caller number and priority.
  3. Agent attempts a callback automatically for routine requests, rather than waiting for staff.
  4. Unactioned tasks past an SLA are escalated to the department manager.
