How it works

  1. Confirms what original documents need to be returned to the client per the matter closure checklist, via the PMS.
  2. Coordinates secure return (mail, portal download, in-person pickup) per the client's preference.
  3. Confirms receipt and closes out the file delivery task, written to the PMS.
  4. Retains firm copies per the document retention policy while ensuring the client has everything they're entitled to.
