How it works

  1. A scheduled job pulls tomorrow's appointments from the DMS scheduling module.
  2. Sends a confirmation with drop-off time and a checklist — key fob, loaner request, listed concerns — matched to the RO type.
  3. If the customer needs to reschedule, checks live bay availability and writes the new time directly to the schedule.
  4. If unconfirmed by the day before, calls; if still unreached, flags the slot at-risk for a same-day waitlist fill.
