How it works

  1. Agent monitors the DMS for completed MPI results flagged with additional recommended work.
  2. Calls the customer with the specific findings — reading the technician's actual notes and photos, not a generic pitch.
  3. Approval or decline is written directly back to the RO via API, updating the technician's queue in real time.
  4. If declined, notes the reason and schedules a follow-up reminder for the next visit rather than dropping it.
