How it works

  1. Agent checks in a walk-in via a kiosk/QR code, capturing their reason for visit.
  2. Estimated wait time is calculated from current queue depth and shared, freeing the customer to wait elsewhere.
  3. An SMS is sent when it's their turn.
  4. Queue data is used to track and improve average wait time by department.
