How it works

  1. Identifies which items are being returned and checks the OMS for a bundle/multi-buy discount impact.
  2. Recalculates the correct refund amount accounting for the discount adjustment, explained clearly to the customer.
  3. Processes the return label and refund once the item is confirmed received, written to the OMS.
  4. Escalates any dispute about the recalculated amount for manual review.
