How it works

  1. Processes the replacement request, immediately blocking the old card via the card management system if lost/stolen, via voice (Twilio, 3CX, RingCentral, or a carrier-direct SIP trunk).
  2. Confirms shipping address and expected delivery timeline for the new card.
  3. Walks through activation once the customer confirms receipt, written to the system.
  4. Updates any linked autopay/subscription services the customer flags as needing the new card number.
