How it works

  1. Agent checks feasibility against remaining itinerary, supplier availability and cost, live via the itinerary system.
  2. Confirms the change with affected suppliers before confirming to the traveler.
  3. Writes the updated itinerary and any price adjustment to the system and sends it to the traveler.
  4. Updates internal operations records so ground staff at future stops have the correct information.
