How it works

  1. Agent detects an abandoned reservation session — vehicle selected, deposit page reached, not completed within 30 minutes.
  2. Re-checks the DMS inventory feed to confirm the vehicle is still available before messaging.
  3. If still available, sends a reminder with a direct resume link pre-filled with the original selection.
  4. If not completed within 4 hours, calls to address likely objections — deposit amount, financing uncertainty.
  5. The outcome is logged to the CRM for funnel reporting.
