How it works

  1. Confirms all required signatories, documents, and funds are ready ahead of the scheduled closing/settlement date, checked against the PMS closing checklist.
  2. Sends a checklist confirming what's needed and by when to all parties.
  3. Coordinates final document execution and fund disbursement per the closing statement, written via the e-signature/payment platforms.
  4. Confirms completion and sends final documentation to the client, written to the PMS.
